Prairie Business magazine is launching a new “50 Best Places to Work” contest.
Companies will be nominated through an anonymous employee satisfaction survey and will be rated in areas such as work environment, employee benefits and employee happiness. The top 25 small companies with 99 or fewer full-time employees, and the top 25 large companies with 100 or more employees will be honored in the September issue of the magazine.
The number of nominations received per company will be considered, and the contest is open to for-profit companies in the magazine’s readership area, which includes North and South Dakota as well as western Minnesota.
“This contest is a great way to recognize those employers who have found a way to make the workplace somewhere their employees want to be, whether through unique benefits, great pay or just an overall positive company culture,” said magazine editor Kris Bevill in a press release.
