An East Grand Forks Thai restaurant is selling a popular condiment in local stores.
Little Bangkok has bottled its ginger dressing for sale at the restaurant and Hugo’s Family Marketplace in Grand Forks, East Grand Forks and Thief River Falls. Some grocery stores in the Twin Cities also carry it.
The 7-year-old restaurant that sells Thai food and sushi typically serves its ginger dressing with meals as a complimentary condiment, but Storey said customers loved it so much she decided to sell it by the bottle.
The 13-ounce bottle has been for sale for about a month, Little Bangkok owner Dow Storey said.

Storey uses her own recipe for the dressing and also sells it at the Grand Forks Farmer’s Market. Full Service Foods in Hillsboro, N.D., packaged the product.
Hugo’s has partnered with Little Bangkok before by selling its sushi, Storey said.
