Grand Forks property manager recognized by North Dakota Housing Finance Agency

A Grand Forks property manager was recognized by the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency.

Gordon Johnson, of Development Homes Inc., received the Property Management Award of Excellence, according to a news release from the housing agency.

The award recognizes Johnson’s compassionate facilities management of Care Co-op Centers.

Care Co-op Centers is a disabled low-income housing apartment in Grand Forks subsidized by the federal government’s Housing and Urban Development Division.
