A northwest Minnesota manufacturer of outdoor furnaces awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in bonuses to 155 employees.
Central Boiler owners Dennis and Terri Brazier also matched up to 15 percent of the contributions employees made to their 401K. The bonus and Central Boiler’s contributions to the employee 401K accounts totaled $435,027.56.
This year marks 26 years that the company, based in Greenbush, Minn., has given its employees a bonus.
