The company's central plant is located in Grafton, N.D., and it's on the Internet at www.morgan

Gray, who has been employed with Morgan Printing for two years as a graphic design specialist, was promoted to sales manager in October.

Grand Rapids companies help deploy technology

JDI Contracts and Northern Industrial Erectors, both based in Grand Rapids, Minn., helped deploy DryFining technology at Great River Energy's Coal Creek Station in Underwood, N.D.

DryFining refines lignite coal so that it burns more efficiently and releases fewer emissions into the air.

JDI provided construction and site management; NIE provided general contractor services plus startup service and construction maintenance during two years of construction.

A press release from the two companies said NIE employed more than 200 construction personnel while JDI provided 20 management and engineering jobs.
