Brudvik Law, the firm of William J. Brudvik, Brett A. Brudvik, and Lynn Slaathaug Moen, sees clients in Finley and now Cooperstown, North Dakota, one day each week. Lynn Slaathaug Moen, an attorney with the Mayville, North Dakota-based law firm will be in Cooperstown at Citizens State Bank on Thursdays from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon and in Finley on Thursdays at Citizens State Bank from 1:30-4:30 p.m. Appointments can be made by calling Brudvik Law at 701-788-3251.

Lynn Slaathaug Moen has served as a prosecutor and currently works as a defense attorney in the area. She is well versed in both sides of a criminal case, giving her the benefit of seeing a case from all angles. Lynn also recognizes value in the personal client contact she's able to have at a smaller firm. "Clients who come to see me are usually going through a very difficult and stressful time in their life," notes Lynn. "I want them to know that someone is on their side, and protecting their rights."
A Thompson, North Dakota, native, Lynn specializes in family law, civil litigation, and criminal law. Her family law practice focuses on divorce, custody, adoption, guardianship, and domestic
concerns. Her criminal law practice encompasses DUI defense, traffic infractions, misdemeanors, and felonies, while her civil litigation practice covers collections and other civil litigation matters. Lynn went to law school at University of North Dakota and is licensed in both North Dakota and Minnesota.
