Organizations benefit from hockey parking
The Village Family Service Center and Grand Forks Special Olympics used the Bank Forward parking lot at Ralph Engelstad Arena to raise money for their organizations during the 2009-10 UND Fighting Sioux hockey season.
The organizations took turns staffing the lot, and they charged $10 per vehicle to park during Sioux home hockey games. The Village raised $2,400 in proceeds, and Special Olympics raised $1,950.
Fargo Trailer Center opens
Trudell Trailers Fargo has been sold. The new company, Fargo Trailer Center, has the same management and many staff members who have been with the original business since 1976.
