Thompson Accepts Lead Occupational Health Nurse Position at American Crystal

Kayla Thompson has accepted the Lead Occupational Nurse position at American Crystal Sugar Company’s Drayton factory.

In this position, Thompson will supervise the occupational health nurses and provide oversight on all occupational and non-occupational case management, safety and health training, and PPE training and procurement. She will coordinate wellness activities, first aid treatment, and ensure the training of emergency response teams

Thompson earned her Registered Nursing degree from Northland Community and Technical College. She has over 16 years of nursing experience and has been the Occupational Health Nurse in Drayton for nearly two years.
