Steve Hell Promoted to Parks Operations Manager at the Grand Forks Park District

Steve Hell has been promoted to the position of Parks Operations Manager at the Grand Forks Park District.

Originally from Manvel, North Dakota, Steve has been with the Grand Forks Park District for 30 years and previously held the position of Parks Operations Assistant Manager for 23 years.

In his new role, Steve will lead the Parks Department staff and serve as a valued  member of the Park District management team. He  assumed the new position on June 13, 2022.
