Rachel and Justin are happy to announce the arrival of Gracie Lu Welsh on March 11, 2010. Gracie weighed 7 lbs 13.7 oz.
Proud grandparents are Mike and Alice Stewart of Rolette, Lori and Larry Bakke of Grand Forks, and Mike and Stacy Welsh of Grand Forks.
Gracie is also welcomed by lots and lots of aunts, uncles and cousins.
