25th Wedding Anniversary
Joe and Patty Foster of Winchester, California, celebrated their 25th Wedding Anniversary with Patty's family renting a houseboat at Voyageur National Park, then spent time visiting old friends in Grand Forks. They were married September 5th, 1984 at the Candlelight Chapel in Las Vegas.
