George and Judy Hanson were married September 14, 1960, at the Mendenhall Presbyterian Church in East Grand Forks, Minnesota.
They celebrated their 50th anniversary by taking a trip to the North Shore and across northern Minnesota. After returning home, they were given an anniversary dinner in Fargo at the Silver Moon by their family, daughters, Denise and Deanne, sons-in-law, Dave Kolpack and George Ross, and grandchildren, Darren, Andrew, and Paige.
