A Superior city councilor was arrested late Thursday and remains in Douglas County Jail facing multiple criminal charges. Graham Franklin Garfield, 26, was taken into custody by the Superior Police Department at 11:54 p.m., according to information posted on the Douglas County Detention Center Inmate Roster. Garfield is facing charges of endangering safety by use of a dangerous weapon, recklessly endangering safety, disorderly conduct offenses and an additional pending charge of operating under the influence of an intoxicant.
