Schlossman: Frozen Four buzz

CHICAGO — The University of Denver won the national championship Saturday night with a down-to-the-wire 3-2 victory over conference rival Minnesota Duluth.

I think Denver was probably the most consistent team all season long — I got revenge on the coin by correctly picking this year’s national champ — and earned the title in Chicago. Minnesota Duluth, which had been surviving close calls for weeks, finally ran out of magic on the last day.
