Miguel Cerriteno, a wide receiver who played at Feather River College last season, reportedly has made a verbal commitment to play at UND.

Cerriteno caught 57 passes for 802 yards and 11 touchdowns as a sophomore last season for the two-year community college in Quincy, Calif.

The 6-foot-2, 195-pounder Cerriteno, a native of Las Vegas, will have two years of eligibility at UND.


Local players drafted

Four East Grand Forks players were selected in this week’s North American Hockey League Tier III draft.

Kolton Aubol, Nathan Peabody, Taylor Brierly and Colton Poolman were among those selected.

Devils Lake’s Austin Moser, Thief River Falls’ Isak Bergland and Grafton’s Jade Miller also were picked.
