Northern Seafood Casserole1½ pounds northern pike (cooked)
1 cup sliced celery
½ cup onion (chopped)
1 medium green pepper (finely chopped)
8-ounce can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
6-ounce can crab meat (drained)
4-ounce can shrimp, small (drained)
¼ cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup mayonnaise
4 hard-cooked eggs (sliced)
½ cup butter (melted)
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2-quart casserole dish. In a large bowl, combine ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter. Place in casserole dish. Sprinkle on top with bread crumbs and drizzle with butter. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
