Hawaiin Venision

1 pound venison steaks
1 cup flour
1 cup butter
½ cup boiling water
1 teaspoon salt
2 to 3 green peppers
½ cup pineapple chunks
Cut steaks in 1-inch cubes. Flour and brown in hot fat. Add water and salt. Simmer until tender. Clean peppers. Cut in 1-inch squares and boil 10 minutes. Drain. Add pineapple and pepper to meat. Pour Hawaiin sauce over meat mixture and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over crisp Chinese noodles and/or rice.
