Mexican Walleye2 pounds walleye fillets
Babe Winkelman brand Fish and Game Coating
16 ounces green chili salsa
2 cups shredded jack cheese
Sour cream
Cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Pat fish dry. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Roll fish in Babe Winkelman Fish and Game Coating Mix. Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown, turning only once. Place in a shallow baking dish and pour chili salsa over fish. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream as a topping.
