55 feet - East Grand Forks' Business Highway 2 closed with earthen fill.
54 feet - Kennedy Bridge closed in East Grand Forks with earthen fill.
53.5 feet - Minnesota Highway 22 in East Grand Forks closed with earthen fill.
53 feet - Top of rails on Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Bridge over the Red River.
52.6 feet - Water on Gateway Drive approach to Kennedy Bridge in East Grand Forks.
52 feet - Railroad bridge at U.S. Highway 2 in East Grand Forks closed with earthen fill.
48.5 feet - Louis Murray Bridge closed in East Grand Forks.
47 feet - Begin railroad closure if water is expected to rise to more than 50 feet.
46.2 feet - Water on DeMers Avenue at downtown Sorlie Bridge.
45 feet - Sorlie Bridge on DeMers Avenue downtown is closed. Water reaches top of the elevation of the low-level levee protecting Riverside Park.
44.9 feet - Water on East Grand Forks approach to the Point Bridge, which is closed.
43.5 feet - Downtown East Grand Forks "invisible" floodwall construction begins; River Street closes.
42 feet - Road entering Riverside Park is closed.
41.5 feet - Flood gates on English Coulee are closed; pump station and diversion gates are activated.
40 feet - Extensive flooding along Greenway for Grand Forks and East Grand Forks.
38 feet - Flood gates are closed in Grand Forks and storm water pumping stations are activated.
34 feet - East Grand Forks water encroaching Fourth Street underpass of U.S. Highway 2.
33 feet - Agricultural flooding between Oslo and Grand Forks.
Agricultural damage begins between river miles 271 - 296.
