Harold Randall of Grand Forks caught this 18-pound tagged catfish May 14 on the Red River near Drayton, N.D., while fishing with local catfish guide Brad Durick. The same fish showed up in Durick's boat June 11 in Grand Forks, some 94 river miles upstream.  Info from the tag number showed the fish had been tagged in August 2015 in Lockport, Man.
