High-risk sex offender moves to Grafton
GRAFTON, N.D.—A high-risk sex offender moved to Grafton recently, according to a press release from police.
David Wilson, 62, pleaded guilty to felony charges for gross sexual imposition for sexually abusing a child. He was also convicted of child abuse in 2004 because he twisted a child's arm hard enough to break it, court records show.
Wilson is at high risk to reoffend, the release said.
Sex offenders are required to report their addresses as a public safety measure. Eight other offenders live in Grafton.
