Eight men nabbed in Bismarck for being illegal immigrants

BISMARCK -- Authorities apprehended eight men Wednesday who were residing in the United States illegally, Bismarck Police Sgt. Mark Buschena said.

The police were called to assist a U.S. Border Patrol agent in stopping a vehicle that had only one working taillight, Buschena said.

Eight men, ranging in age from 18 to 51, were questioned and found not to be legal residents. All eight were transported to jail.
