20-year-old man dies in Twin Cities vehicle rollover accident; driver arrested
RAMSEY, Minn. -- One man was killed and another arrested Friday night, April 6, when the car they were riding in went off the road and rolled in Ramsey, Minn., a northern suburb of the Twin Cities.
The body of a 20-year-old man was found in the road when Ramsey police responded to the crash in the 15100 block of St. Francis Boulevard about 10:50 p.m., according to the Anoka County sheriff’s office. It was believed he had been ejected from the vehicle.
The driver, a 21-year-old man, had gotten out of the car and had minor injuries. He was arrested on suspicion of criminal vehicular homicide, the sheriff’s office said.
Police have not yet released the identities of the driver or his passenger.
The Anoka County sheriff’s office and the Minnesota State Patrol assisted with the investigation.
