International Falls woman killed in Roseau County crash
WARROAD, Minn.—One person is dead and two others are injured following a head-on collision in eastern Roseau County Wednesday night.
A 59-year-old International Falls, Minn., woman was killed when her Nissan SUV collided with a Dodge Ram pickup pulling a cattle trailer on County Road 2 at 6:51 p.m. Wednesday, according to the Roseau County Sheriff's Office.
Two occupants of the Dodge, 54-year-old driver Timmy Madoll and 49-year-old Kathleen Poole, both of Williams, Minn., were transported to Life Care Medical Center in Roseau for treatment.
The International Falls woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash occurred southeast of Warroad, east of County Road 5, the sheriff's office said. The Nissan was traveling west and the Dodge was eastbound. Both vehicles were extensively damaged.
The victim was not immediately identified.
