Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter is under observation after becoming dehydrated at a charity building project in Canada, but says he is "okay," Habitat for Humanity said.

Carter, 92, had collapsed at the building site in Winnipeg, local media outlets reported. In a statement, Habitat for Humanity said he was dehydrated while working in the hot sun.
