Higher ed officials talk UAS in Minnesota

Minnesota higher education officials are meeting to learn more about the unmanned aerial systems industry.

Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System Chancellor Steven Rosenstone, Rep. Dan Fabian, Northland Community and Technical College President Dennis Bona, and community mayors will be at the University of Minnesota's Magnuson Research Farm in Roseau, Minn. from 8:45 to 10 a.m. Thursday.

NCTC instructors will conduct a UAS flight demonstration for the group, according to a news release.
