Street style/everyday: Alison Haaven: Subtle bohemian

Alison Haaven, of Grand Forks, creates a subtle bohemian look with a simple maxi skirt, over-the-shoulder bag and layered jewelry. Photo by Jasmine Maki, Accent staff.

Pairing various simple solid pieces with delicate jewelry, Alison Haaven, of Grand Forks, created a polished look with interest.

She wore a gray maxi skirt with a simple white top and light green cardigan. For accessories, she layered a short wishbone pendant necklace with a long blue necklace. She also wore her signature silver watch, a long over-the-shoulder coral bag and neon green flats. She finished the look with a colorful headband that tied it all together.

Although the look was lacking signature boho prints, Haaven’s head band, flowing skirt and over-the-shoulder bag created the perfect subtle bohemian chic look.
