PRODUCT REVIEW: Up & Up Apricot Facial Scrub

I don’t want something soft, smooth and pretty. I want (and need) something tough and gritty that will dig deep into my pores and leave me with a refreshing clean feeling.

Up & Up Apricot Face Scrub is just that.

For $1 less than the comparable St. Ives Apricot Face Scrub, the $3 Target brand product is slightly cheaper and works just as well.

As someone who’s always looking for a deal, I’ve familiarized myself with Up & Up products and discovered the previous statement true in most cases. Up & Up products work just as well as more well-known (and expensive) brands.

The coarse, brown, grainy substance may not look appealing, but combined with a little water, the product works wonders. It cleans and exfoliates the skin, leaving a fresh, soft feeling that stays with me well into the day.

It’s cheap, it’s ugly and most importantly it works.
