Rosa Nelly Hernandez has assumed command of the U.S. Customs and Border Protection Border Patrol sector in Grand Forks.
She was transferred the position of chief patrol agent from Rowdy Adams at a ceremony that included members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and a bagpipe and drum corps Wednesday morning at the North Dakota Air Branch near Grand Forks International Airport.
