Weekly Hillsboro Banner gets new owner, old editor back 
Long-time editor Neil O. Nelson is back in the saddle at the Hillsboro (N.D.) Banner after a change of ownership. He was editor at the Banner for a dozen years until being let go in April. Kelly Ink in Lisbon, which owns several other papers in the state sold it Friday to a partnership called Sub-Zero Press of Hillsboro, which brought Nelson back.

Name of Rolla man who died in crash near Lisbon released Monday 
A Rolla, N.D., man failed to stop at a signed intersection late Saturday night east of Lisbon, N.D., sending his vehicle into a ditch and sustaining injuries that led to his death. Don Bradley Bjugstad, 56, was southbound on a paved Ransom County road about 11:15 p.m. He went through a stop sign at state Highway 27, 9 miles east of Lisbon, where he was headed, crossed the highway and entered the south ditch, said Sgt. Josh Rude of the North Dakota Highway Patrol on Monday.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol today identified the two people killed Tuesday in a one-vehicle rollover near Rolla, N.D. Amanda Hanley, 32, Belcourt, N.D., was driving a 2002 Chevy Malibu west on a Rolette County gravel road a mile west of Rolla about 3 p.m. Tuesday, the Patrol said.
