Red River State Recreation Area in EGF to open Thursday morning
The Red River State Recreation Area in East Grand Forks, closed during the Minnesota government shutdown, will be open for business beginning at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, according to Parks and Recreation Superintendent Dave Aker.
