Bryan Bjerk lacked a lot of practice time this season. Kat Reller lacked a lot of experience over her short career. Neither situation proved to be an obstacle in the seniors’ bids for state discus titles at the North Dakota Class A high school track meet Friday.

Dinius won four open events Saturday, leading Langdon Area to the team title in the girls division of the North Dakota Class B Northeast Region high school track meet. The Cardinals won with 151 points.
