Minnesota police officer wounded on the job dies at Mayo Clinic 
A Lake City police officer died Friday evening, 11 days after he was shot while answering a domestic disturbance call in the southeastern Minnesota town, according to Mayo Clinic.

After 106 years, fallen Minnesota officer is honored 
The new designation means Richard Cronin, who was 52 when he died in 1905, is included in annual memorial services and his name etched on a national memorial.
