N.D. company makes streetlights powered by sun, wind 
A Neche, N.D., company that got its start at UND's Center for Innovation is aiming to light the busy North Dakota Oil Patch - with the power of the sun and wind. Solargy Lights already has two prototype streetlights that illuminate a section of U.S. Highway 2 in Stanley, N.D., and the company plans to start production this year.
