Teresa Pavljuk, a member of the state Air Guard’s 119thWing, will arrive in Fargo just before 1 p.m. Her duty recently in Iraq was helping get cargo shipped and she extended her deployment there to help with the drawdown of U.S. troops. She was one of the last U.S. troops to fly out of Iraq, according to a Guard news release.
