Authorities ID man killed in Benson County rollover 
Authorities today identified a 43-year-old Maddock, N.D., man who was killed early Wednesday in a one-car accident in Benson County. The North Dakota Highway Patrol said Willard Westad was driving a 1997 Jeep Cherokee southbound on U.S. Highway 281.

A 43-year-old Maddock, N.D., man was killed early today in a one-car accident in Benson County. The driver, who was alone in the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene.

A Minnewaukan, N.D., man was sentenced to a 7-year prison term Wednesday for molesting a 14-year old girl. Ivan Lee Aabrekke, 64, was sentenced to 20 years total for gross sexual imposition, but will have 13 years suspended for 10 years after his release.
