2 Colorado men charged with kidnapping Montana teacher Jan. 7 Remains of a body believed to be that of Sherry Arnold, the teacher kidnapped Jan. 7 from a street in Sidney, Mont., were found early Wednesday morning near Williston, N.D., the FBI said. That could lead to federal charges against the two men charged in Montana with aggravated kidnapping in Arnold’s abduction, since it would involve the crossing of a state line during the abduction.
