Q and A: Brand-new shocks likely not source of 'clunk' 
QUESTION: I accidentally backed my 2004 Buick LeSabre into a concrete curb on the passenger side. While driving home, I heard a loud "clunk-clunk-clunk" at every bump in the road. My local shop inspected the undercarriage, said the shocks were leaking and replaced them.
