According to a release from the Grand Forks Police Department, at about 2 a.m. this morning, officers responded to 1105 27th Ave. S. and found the suspect, Nathan Saye, had confronted a man with a handgun over a neighborhood dispute. Saye was taken into custody and charged with terrorizing.
