Woman allegedly assaults passengers on flight to Fargo 
Fargo police and the FBI responded to Hector International Airport on Thursday after a woman allegedly assaulted passengers on an Allegiant Air flight from Phoenix to Fargo. Officers were called to the airport at 5:44 p.m. about a woman who had assaulted several people on the airplane and was being restrained.

Nevada man, 84, sentenced for assault on flight to Minnesota 
An 84-year-old man from Reno, Nevada, has been sentenced for assaulting a woman on board his private plane as they flew to Minnesota. Robert M. Lee was sentenced Wednesday in federal court to 180 days of probation, including 30 days of home confinement, along with 60 hours of community service at a Nevada humane society.

Winter storm snarls Plains, East

New low-cost airline targets smaller markets 
Clearwater, Fla.-based JetAmerica said 34 nonstop passenger flights a week will start July 13 at Toledo, Ohio; South Bend, Ind.; Melbourne, Fla.; Newark, N.J.; Minneapolis and Lansing, Mich. Twenty-eight flights start or end at Newark Liberty International Airport. The carrier will add six more flights — from Toledo to Minneapolis — starting Aug. 14.
