Former ND fire fighter to plead guilty to arson 
A former North Dakota fire fighter says he will plead guilty for attempting to burn down a house that was occupied at the time by four of his children. Joseph Morin, of Belcourt, is charged in federal court with arson. The charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison without parole.
