I wonder if putting those rotating spikes on the ramps might slow down people who drink and drive. The spikes would mean that when a person goes the wrong way on a ramp, his or her tires would blow out.

Christian D.D. Stoner was arrested Jan. 3 after his son knocked on the door of a house in the Macalester-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul, according to a criminal complaint. The boy told someone at the house in the 1900 block of Palace Avenue that his father was refusing to take him and his baby sister home, the complaint said.
