Death of man found in Bagley's Lake Lemond ruled as drowning 
A man found by a boater Sunday in Bagley's Lake Lemond died by drowning, the Clearwater County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday. Chief Deputy Todd Spray said the death is not suspicious, but authorities are waiting to release the identity of the man, who is in his 20s, until family members can be notified.

Grand Forks man charged with having sex with minor 
Dakota Wayne Christianson, 19, was charged with gross sexual imposition, a Class A felony. A court affidavit said Christianson met a 12-year-old girl at a dance at a downtown Grand Forks park Aug. 18. Christianson was 18 at the time and he knew the victim was 12, the affidavit said. The following day, Christianson and the girl had sex at her home.
