Train noise is coming to an end in Jamestown. City Administrator Jeff Fuchs tells KQDJ radio that BNSF Railway trains were to stop sounding their horns at three downtown crossings effective today. Horns will continue to be sounded at another crossing where the railroad has concerns about safety.
