Northland Community and Technical College in East Grand Forks celebrated what Kent Hanson, NCTC vice president of academic and student affairs, called its “extreme makeover” Friday afternoon. The school formally dedicated an 8,700-square-foot nursing addition and 35,000 square feet of remodeled space for a surgical laboratory, learning resource center, commons/cafeteria, bookstore, entrance and reception area.
