Police said Brad Kelley was in an altercation with two students outside UND’s West Hall on Jan. 30. Authorities said Kelley then went to Walsh Hall, where he punched a resident assistant from West Hall and a staff member from Walsh Hall.
A UND football player pleaded not guilty today to charges stemming from a night of altercations involving students and university staff. Brad Kelley, 20, Coon Rapids, Minn., is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault and one count of underage drinking.
UND football player Brad Kelley, who’s accused of assaulting four people over the weekend, posted $8,000 in bail and was released from custody Monday.
Kelley, 20, is facing two counts of aggravated assault, two counts of simple assault and one count of minor in consumption.
