Minnesota Nursing Association spokesman John Nemo said more than 90 percent of the 9,000 nurses voting Wednesday backed a walkout, which the union says would be the largest nurses' strike in U.S. history.
Members of the Minnesota Nurses Association and their supporters will march to Gov. Tim Pawlenty's Capitol office today to demand that he reverse his spending cut to eliminate subsidized health care for more than 30,000 low-income adults.
