The Highway Patrol has identified the Crystal, N.D., man who drove his pickup into a house near Edinburg, N.D., in Walsh County on Sunday. According to the patrol, Casey J. Hoople man pleads guilty to attempted murder
The Hoople, N.D., man accused of shooting a couple in a van in a dispute over a girlfriend pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted murder on Friday in Walsh County District Court. Jason Alan Mize, 30, will serve up to 12 years in prison and will have eight years suspended and five years of probation following his release.
