Marilyn Hagerty, the Herald columnist, appeared on Anderson Cooper's daytime show "Anderson" Tuesday across the country. A segment appeared on the program, taped last week, showing Marilyn dining at the Crown Restaurant in Manhattan. Anderson Cooper announced near show's end that 'Anderson' was sending her on a 12-day trip for two to Italy.

Identity of Burger King suspect remains unclear 
The man arrested Saturday night inside a Burger King, allegedly trying to rob it, gave jail officials a name that police say has not been verified as his real identity. The man was held by employees of the restaurant at 1416 S. Washington on Saturday night until police arrived and arrested him.
The real identity of the man arrested in the Burger King remained a question this afternoon.
