Gov. Jack Dalrymple has appointed a state administrative law judge to a temporary post on North Dakota's Public Service Commission. Bonny Fetch will serve the six months left on the term of former Commissioner Tony Clark. Clark resigned last week to take a federal regulatory job in Washington.
